Empty page so god damn full of memories,
pain of a man cause of a woman lasts centuries,
enemies that were once great friends to me,
lovers that threw me away when we had such great chemistry,
i slash at the pages skin with my pen,
why'd you have to forget such good friends?
bleed into words and die in a poem,
allow me to reread em later so i know em,
a fierce warrior should always know each
of his enemies like turtles should know their home beach,
speaking of beaches i hope this reaches,
your ear and this pain i write out finally teaches,
a lesson in love, and how to end it kindly,
don't want any advice? fine, never mind me,
i went in blindly and left hurting still thinking highly,
of a summer girl who once smiled ever so shyly.
