I'd give up forever to hold you now,

if only in some small way you missed me now,

i'd give up all power to just hold your hand,

can't go home yet, liquor is making its stand,

i'd give up my roof, my security, my home,

cause you're the closest thing to heaven i've ever known,

i'd give up the memories, to keep them going,

i just don't want to miss you tonight, but it's growing,

when everything feels like a movie, get up and run,

before the ending gets a chance to make your life unspun,

buckets of pain undone and overshadowed by sentences,

written wishes and never sent messages,

i'd give up this drought, it's all nothing,

tears for years have shown me nothing,

keep on blushing, i'll never again mistake,

a girl to be sincere when she's nothing but fake.
