August 2012 I'm so confused, this can't be right,
you can choose to like then change your mind,
i must be losing it like the Mets tonight,
last night and the last 3 before, so kind,
i could take it if i just knew why,
i still waste my time on thoughts of you,
no matter how hard i try,
i give up, there is nothing more i can do,
was it something i said? for instance,
being too attracted, or was it the distance?
sometimes i'm bold but it's very rare,
only with you last, i still care,
is it something we can work through?
is it something i made you do?
was it just that you started to feel,
way too strong so you ran from the real.
