Promised not to hurt, not it does,

cause i can never again have us,

thank the heavens that i never thrust,

cause you were playing on a role of trust,

pulled me out of my own puddle,

almost kept me out of trouble,

watching some movie, kissing and cuddle,

come back from abroad and stay subtle,

once was a fan of my team,

but i fell for your summer scheme,

still fear i see you in my fall dreams,

maybe i always will, that's how it sure seems,

at least i showed you i had devotion,

never hurting you just cause you left me hopeless,

at least i showed you emotions,

for once in my life, i was open.
