June 2012 I count the times you pick me up,
no amount of hurt is too much,
from overheating to drinking too many cups,
you're always there to tell sad "enough",
when the rain became a storm,
you were there to take the form,
of an angel falling from the sky,
just to land gracefully at my side,
in one days time you're flying away,
but still here i'll stay,
just to say i'll still be here when you return,
the feelings will be here, the fire will still burn,
i remember your eyes when we stare,
all the movements provoked by care,
the feelings will be here, no worries,
just tell August to hurry.
