Reliving What Happened Back Then

May 2012 I'm hurting pretty bad it's hard to see,
that making it another day is something that could be,
a reality like getting let down yet again,
or always reliving what happened back then,
i'm starting to get tired of this joke known,
as acting mature and being grown
up like Adam Sandler and his co stars,
it hurts cause i thought we could go far,
one things for sure, it's tearing me apart,
can't you see the tears falling on this heart?
much like a nerd i'm always caught off guard,
by some beautiful face making times less hard,
next time it won't happen the same as it's been,
i'm tired of reliving what happened back when,
i used to hear your sweet voice call me baby,
i thought us a maybe and sadly i was crazy.
