Sometimes I Can Look Back

May 2012 Sometimes i can look back on this,
and i'll wonder why i wasn't able,
to learn from all the times that i missed,
instead of turning the tables,
at least i never shook a fist,
or had an emergency suitcase,
sometimes i look for a way to better this,
yet don't because it's surely too late,
well i'm still here in love with the way,
i write all the words i should be saying,
i don't really have much to say,
not like anything could keep you staying,
sometimes i can look back on this,
understand we are nothing like a novel,
when the better word that fits,
is a box office horror.
