Only one who knew about the gap but didn't care,
simple that you think it's easy to share,
let some other guy feel your hair,
let some other guy lay with you there,

only one who could handle me,
and act like pain wasn't a guarantee,
distance is no reason, i disagree,
could trust you as long as you trust me,

only one who i would stay up with late at night,
and only one i would answer for when i begin to write,
if only once more you could be in my sight,
all the pain i've endured would all be alright,

only one who i didn't tell how real i feel,
starving for love and you are the meal,
if you asked i'd actually try Veal,
if only you could help me heal.
