think of how right now i fell over in twos,
my brain moves my heart but my heart says what to do,
and when it comes to you it breaks every time i think of you,
cause put yourself in my shoes, you'd seem to stoop low,
lately you're just somebody that i used to know,
just a bus trip to a girl i used to go,
every time we cuddled i was looking below,
you said that you didn't want to get caught with a distance,
said that i'd be a great boyfriend, then left in an instant,
acted young enough after i mistake you as infant,
the worst part about the whole thing is really the distance,
you need physical security and i can't give you that,
you need that safe person and i can't give you that,
if only you'd open up your heart to me instead of just attract,
i'd give you all my love cause i can give you that.
