Girl you mean so much to me why push me off this dusty seat?
against my man defense you draw and tiff arm me off my feet,
ever since you minimized the calls i'm less complete,
amazing how those pretty eyes so blue emit so much heat,

i must get out of this room before it becomes my own,
i trust you'll never be what you were when we were goin,
i just want you to always smile like you do with a kiss on the cheek,
eyes close up and my throat closes, lungs feel weak,

can't keep holding on to a girl who has moved on,
i won't be standing in front of your king like a pawn,
so many ways to make me stay yet it's you who is gone,
it felt so right so you left, where did i go wrong?

your face is all it takes to keep demons at bay,
your voice takes all my problems and throws em away,
so what if i say i'm waiting til you love me,
honey i'm not that hungry in your basement i'm comfy.
