I never really felt this since each time was a flake,
left hoping that one night was not a mistake,
on each of my dreams you must've leoed with inception,
i said the truth just not completely, no deception,

can't stop thinking about you, fuck this distance,
keep pushing me and i'll fall from your persistence,
hard to ever force myself to say good riddance,
i would run full force if you asked with shin splints,

never met a girl that took my world,
grabbed it like hair that was about to be curled,
warning someone is in danger, there's no stoppin it,
wall is being knocked down, soon i'll be hoppin it,

nothing makes sense, you overpower every other thought,
smiling when you text me not caring if i'm caught,
not sure what you'll see in me so no ticket is bought,
wish overcoming yourself was something parents taught.
