Sorry I never let you get closer, thought it too dark,

Cant deny that between us there were more then enough sparks,

My writing is my narc, my voice my unfiltered mind,

Was I ever in your head half as often as you were on mine?

I find enough memories throughout the day bring you back to me in my dreams,

Drowning in so many spirits just as it seems,

Partying like a ghost, I seem myself unaware,

Please dont ever say to me I didnt care,

Cause I did, those feelings have never been that far,

Still miss you smiling at me randomly across the bar,

Remember kissing that one night in your ex' car,

Can we go back to when you used to stare at me while trading st the bar?

You're in a perfect relationship, I'm still lazy and

wish I had the same urge to text you at 10am that i do at 3am,

Want that to play again? no need to wish that we,

More often then not I trip over my recent relationship history.
