Start with the spark and grow with the flame,
run through the pain and dance in the rain,
when you have fears you just can't shake,
allow life to just flow on and patiently wait.

Just one smile in an elevator triggers the flame,
always looking back on that day,
as the first time i was ever in the right place,
no matter where i go i see your face.

Aim with your heart and set off the fireworks,
so bright you'll complain your eyes hurt,
no more time wasted feeling down and stressed,
still have this empty feeling in the middle of my chest.

No longer am i impressed with fools fame,
got this dame who can take the blame
for pulling me out of the game, just can't wait,
learning more each day how to not take the bait.
