The stars fell last night.
Dripping in buckets to oceans and seas unknown to you and I.
Snow storm-like, then... reds, blues... all churning, tunneling down.
Now it's deathly dark, and all the warmth has gone from this place.
My stars fell last night,
They pour down out of view, away from me.
No more can I stand out at twelve past twelve and see them
They're buried in my heart now,
Planets collided last night,
In a selfish dance to collect the charm of stars
Of paranoia destroyed by indifference to a life never understood
Starving, wanting, needing to have something never had
A personification of human lust
In something divine as the Heavenly Bodies sleeping in a dark sky.
The stars died last night,
And all else was destroyed-
Because without their light to shine, There isn't a world, or life...
Nothing for you or I.
