Blessed to be
Left forever in sheltered twilight
While stars blow by
In glittered cosmic dust
Leaving trails of toxic powder
I breathe in, becoming intoxicated
Craving more,
Craving you.
Body quivering, and wanting,
Left unfilled for the moment, for
everafter
you're so far away...
voice breathy and whispery, sliding
into my mind, to lay buried there
until I'm laid open with desire
so that soon enough
all i'm wanting, is you,
and i'm left empty handed
with just dreams
and sighs, and forked
tongues on the inside
Where no one cares to see
Just bind me
hand to foot, and leave me
quavering in a corner
waiting.
just leave me
wishing for things
that cannot be
and dreaming dreams
in restless sleep.
until i glow,
and my skin turns
powdery white
until i remind myself
that I look like porcelain once again
Left over and still a little dusty
Missing the glaze.
