I've bled to much
To save you from yourself.
I've broken all the rules,
I'm willing.
Desecrated the last grave.
I'm worth too much to myself,
to others, to continue
To waste my everything here
With someone of no self-
worth at all.
My lack of interest
is not indifference,
but self perseveration.
I'm bound to my life,
in the same way you are
To unraveling yours.
You seek to destroy
Yourself with the very things
That nurish me.
