Dear God
Please forgive me
For being humbled in front of you
I do not have the strength to look at your face
As I am disgraced
I do not have the right to walk peacefully
Through the heaven’s golden gates
Because I stumble
Upon every step I take
A sinner I am
And this is my confession
The confession of my deepest dark secret
The sin consuming the bright side of me
The shadow that haunts me
Even in the brightest light
As I am neither an angel nor a saint
I am a mortal like everyone else
But unlike anyone
A human with a brave heart
But a sinner with weak flesh
