As I walked down through Memory lane
Memories flashbacked into my brain
Memories of my childhood days
Now present only in tiny rays.
Memories of beloved friends
Scattered all over the world's ends.
Memories of when I was a baby
When I was cuddled and fondled maybe.
Memories of days when I was alone
And of worlds' to which in dreams I had flown.
Memories of times when I was afraid
And of clowns whose smiles wouldn't fade.
Memories of childhood as it was blown
And of seeds of friendship as it was sown.
And I walked away from Memory lane
Deciding to visit it again and again.
