Won't someone please
Burn me at the stake?
Make me pay for my sins
Put my mind at ease?

Watch me go down in flames
As goosebumps on your arms raise
Bathe me in fire
Cleanse me in pyre

Burn me at the stake
I'm guilty, my mistakes
Rinse off my wickedness
Wash away my filth and dirt
