I lie awake in my bed tonight

Sweet music resounds in the growing dark-

Even though my mouth won't move

My heart will forever sing of Your endless love

Your amazing grace will be my hiding place

When troubles surround me

When doubts and fears come rushing in

I will cling to You, O Lord.

My heart will forever sing to You

My soul will forever praise You, my Lord and King

Jesus, You are the only One for me

I would give my life for just one moment in Your holy presence

My world, my kingdom, for Yours alone

My sole desire is to worship You for eternity.

My heart will forever sing Your praises

Fill my mind with thoughts of You

Wash my sins away, cleanse my soul

Make me whole, O Lord my God

Take this life and do what You will with me

I am Yours and Yours alone.

My heart will forever sing of Your glory

My soul will ever praise You

For You are the only One who cared enough

To give Your life, to take my sin

Upon the cross of Calvary

You gave all to save my soul.

And now, my heart will ever sing to You

Songs of love, of faith and joy

Forever on my knees in glorious praise

Ceaseless, my heart continues its sweet sweet song

As I fall into sleep's gentle embrace.
