Wedding

White lace,

fresh face,

blond locks,

racing to finish against the clock.

Lace veil,

skin pale,

long gown,

to the little white church she goes down.

Dark suit,

shaved face,

chisled jaw,

waiting to marry his wife in law.
White rose,

photo pose,

hot sun,

patient crowd waiting for the fun.

Town car,

bride far,

proud dad,

both mothers a happy sad.

Slow walk,

murmured talk,

a soft kiss,

end of a chapter that will be missed.

Fresh start,

open heart,

new life,

with his beautiful caring wife.
