BETWEEN YOU AND HIM



But it's not the way that I

try to think

to think of you

and slowly think of him

that's tortured me so long

and I forget when I'm with you

but I'll remember if he is near

for emotion makes it clear

that love without love is nothing

and a little love is truly love

no matter the meaning

So shall I reside with you forever?

yea!- my soul says

but I shall still think

of him, that one i dare not speak

for you know it anyway

and maybe one day

my fate shall clear

what my thoughts have not

and i will dreamily dance

my one last with him

and forget him all forevermore

and then never shall I think again

of him I've thought of too

because all my thoughts will be granted peace

and will only think of you.
