Watching people stumble in darkness

Tripping on what they cannot see

Blindly walking in to danger

Their eyes tightly closed

Saying to them to open their eyes

Call to them to look and see

Greater danger lays in darkness

Open their eyes and see the way

But they will not listen to me

Do not believe what I say

They cannot see any danger

What I say can’t be true

So I watch them walk in danger

Still try I them to save

They will not listen

Will not hear my words
