The pain inside my heart makes the tears

fall from my eyes

To feel the uncontrollable within my own

mind is depressing

I look out to window to a sunny day

and all I notice is the one cloud

in the sky.

The dark grey floating in an endless

vast of blue and yellow.

My spirit is deminished

I feel like I'm being squashed by

a strong force outside myself

Feeling this agony is unbearable.

My heart feels like a ton of dirt

before it is dumped into the deep hole

in the ground.

Its difficult, to hard to feel this

everyday

My heart needs to be uplifted

and I fear that will only happen

when you return to me.
