Jesus you are the morning star
That shines in the eternal sky
Jesus you are the king of kings
That reigns throughout the land
Jesus you are my hiding place
Forever I shall seek your face
Jesus you are the prince of peace
That calms all life’s torrid storms
Jesus you are the truth and the life
That brings a clarity to my mind
Jesus you are my reason to live
Forever I give all I have to give
Jesus you are the Fathers Son
That left heavens glorious state
Jesus you are the precious Savior
That sacrificed His life for me
Jesus you are my trusted friend
Forever I will stand by you
