Every day we walk on by

Just living through an endless sigh

But we need to open our eyes

So we can see the surprise

That life is a gift that keeps giving

But only if you plan on living

Don't settle for any less 

Because we all deserve the best

We only have one shot

And everything cannot be bought

Give everything your all

Or you'll be surrounded by a wall

Barricading our potential 

And dreams of substantial

 Don't be afraid of failure 

Or you'll have to just endure

Mistakes are how we learn

And greatness must be earned

Nobody said it wasn't hard

It's how you play your cards
