The unfolded wings of her dark hair
Spread across the white pillow-
Wild bird in flight across the sky of dreams.
The kaleidoscope of connection
Illuminated by love
Stirred the universe and all things were new.
Love was limitless; he was breathless-
The revelation was strong.
All loneliness had been wrung from his heart.
The sweetness coalesced there and grew.
Her eyes opened and welcomed
And they shared the wings of deep love's high flight.
