A little nonsense now and then
Is relished by the wisest men.
Oft you'll find the funniest clown
The most serious man in town.
Likewise, the saddest has a grin
As he holds all his tears within.
The grimmest face is oft betrayed
By laughing eyes - humour in-laid.
So judge me not by what you see
For you can't tell if it is me.
But if you want a kiss goodnight
Lay it on - any time is right.
