New friend, I see you've been scared off.
Well, you must realize
When I write I exaggerate-
Poems must dramatize.
I don't really have those feelings
I expressed in writing
But without them, the poem's dead
So words must be biting.
Indeed, when they snap and show life
The reader is alert
Ever seeking a route to home,
Looking for any hurt.
A safe poem is quite boring-
Excuse me while I yawn.
Just ignore any danger signs-
Come frolic on my lawn.
