WHITAKER AND THE MOST EXECUTING GOVERNOR IN US HISTORY
Matthew Whitaker in 2012 was cochair of Texecutioner Rick Perry's presidential campaign. Perry is the most prisoner murdering governor in US history with 278 scalps. Perry executed the innocent, the mentally ill, the mentally challenged, citizens of other countries without allowing them to contact their consulates.
Whitaker with Trump's criminal act now has temporarily the power to execute people, something 42 of 50 states this year rejected as well as over 81% of the world's countries.

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Donald Trump on Nov 9 said several times he did not know Matthew Whitaker, though a month earlier he tweeted praise for Whitaker, who was obstructing justice in over a dozen trips to the White House with information about the Mueller investigation he had sneaked out of DOJ.

JUDICIAL REVIEW

The court case Marbury v Madison is said to have established the concept of judicial review, that courts have a right to declare laws unconstitutional.  Whitaker has said courts should not have that power.

PREJUDGING
Whitaker has prejudged the Robert Mueller investigation and has as a DOJ underling gone
to the media to air his biased and incorrect views.

TRUMP'S UNCONSTITUTIONAL APPOINTMENT
Many constitutional lawyers such as George Conrad have written that Trump had no authority to bypass the Senate in appointing him. Donald Trump forced a resignation on Jeff Sessions. Sessions was fired.

CORPORATE FRAUD
Whitaker's role in hiscorporation is being investigated by the FBI. The corporation was shut down by the FTC f or fraud. He also has an unethical relationship to Sam Clovis. In addition he represented the pig murder industries of Iowa

HAS HE EVER WON AN ELECTION?
Whitaker in a 4 person Republican primary for US Senate received 7% of the vote. He has lost several elections.

POOR PRIORITIES
Whitaker as US atty in Iowa spent 2 yrs prosecuting a political opponent whose alleged crime was taking a two thousand dollar bribe. The jury took 2 hours to acquit the man.

NO DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE
Whitaker has no experience in DOJ administration,

Whitaker is a sycophant to Donald Trump who wants to cover himself and has appointed Whitaker solely because he opposes
the Mueller investigation.

Whitaker was said in October to be secreting information from DOJ to Trump about the Mueller investigation of Trump.
