Kasich is the only executing Northern governor. Neighboring Michigan has not had a state orchestrted murder in 150 years. He has kept judicial murder going by appointing execution judges.

CORRUPTION: INCOMPETENCE OR FRAUD AT LEHMAN BROTHERS When John Kasich was in charge of Ohio for Lehman Brothers from 2000 to 2008, he lost hundreds of millions of dollars from the state pension fund to Wall St. profiteers. Was he incompetent or part of a planned fleecing of the public? Lehman Brothers went bankrupt, and Ohio citizens were left holding devalued pensions. As one analyst said, Kasich got rich while Ohio lost hundreds of millions of dollars in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.

Since charter school contracts went to Ohio Republican contributors to G W Bush, the situation has gotten even worse. The Kasich appointed head of the Ohio Dept. of Education has resigned under news that negative numbers about charter schools were removed by the Kasich administration.

4. STEALING FROM SOCIAL SECURITY AND USPS
Kasich claims to have balanced the US budget while in Congress but in reality, he and other Bush operatives in Congress stole from the trust funds of Social Security and the USPS to provide funds for the bombing of Iraq under G H W Bush. Charter schools have been charging new owners for equipment paid for by the state. 40 million dollars is owed to the state by charter schools, heavily promoted by Republicans.

MASS TRANSIT RAILROADED BY KASICH Since John D Rockefeller I and Harvey Firestone, 2 Ohioans, worked with Henry Ford to destroy the mass transit train system of the US, (Rockefeller also worked to destroy Steinmetz' electric car ideas), petroplutocrats have had unethical power in the state. Kasich was a beneficiary of big oil donations. He sent over 400 million in mass transit money back to Washington, though the people of Ohio had a planned reopening of a railroad from Cleveland to Columbus and Cincinnati. Two other Republican governors, Scott Walker of Wisconsin and Rick Scott of Florida also sent back hundreds of millions of dollars. Scott decided not to run for the presidency and Walker ended his presidential campaign.
9. SHILL FOR MURDOCH'S FOX NEWS Kasich was for years a regular guest of Fox News, because he publicly supported the positions of Rupert Murdoch. He also had his own show on the warmonger network. Bill O'Reilly in 2004 selected him as his replacement host.

11. LIBRARY FUNDS SLASHED FIVE TIMES Kasich further cut Ohio library funds 5 times. Because of a succession of cuts to Ohio's library systems, many libraries have cut hours. Akron is typical... library hours were cut at least 16 hours a week.

13 HEALTH CARE Kasich vetoed dental care services for the poor
Doctors performing physicals for applicants for Social Security disability have not been ethical with patients. For example, one veterans prescribed heart medication by the VA, a person who is 81 pounds overweight, is a heavy smoker, and a big consumer of red meat, was told his blood pressure and cholesterol were normal.
Steubenville, Ohio was once listed in an Ivy League university study as one of the most air-polluted cities in the country. Residents still have asthma, lung cancer and black lung. Yet Kasich has sided with the coal companies and utilities (First Energy and AEP) who have besides causing acid rain, harmed the public health.
14 OHIO 45TH OF 50 IN FINANCIAL WELLBEING Under Kasich rule, Ohio is 45th of 50 states in the financial wellbeing of its people.
15 HUNTER DOMINATION OF STATE BUDGET. Kasich made sure that the hunter dominated Dept of Natural Resources received money.In January of 2015, WVIZ, PBS in Cleveland, aired Governor Kasich's Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources and Ohio Division of Wildlife trapping training in which children were taught to drown animals by trapping them underwater in leghold traps which entirely cut off circulation to the foot. They were then taught to pull up their victims, kill them if still alive, and skin them. The FBI has done numerous press releases on the relationship of childhood violence to animals and its correlation to adult serial killing, domestic battering, and violence in general. Only 4% of Ohioans have hunting licenses, yet Governor Kasich and his staff use citizen tax dollars for this violent programming. PBS (Public Broadcasting) is soliciting money from the public with which to force this psycopathic programming on all.

B. FACTORY FARMS A lack of action to regulate or ban factory farms because of disease to humans such as MRSA and because of animal agony. A Republican governor invited Anton Pohlman to set up factory farms in Ohio after he had been barred from poultry farming in Germany because his nicotinic insecticides nearly killed workers and because of extensive cruelty to animals. Subsequently one half million chickens were buried alive in Newark Ohio after 9 days without food or water. They sat in tornado-mangled cages, 1 by 3 ft, with 9 birds to a cage.
C. COAL AND NUCLEAR POWER INTERESTS are heavy contributors to Kasich's party and campaign
D. COAL INDUSTRY BAILOUT Kasich, friend of oil, gas, coal and fracking profiteers, is backing a plan for a coal industry bailout. Presently First Energy and AEP want Ohioans to pay several bilion dollars more over the next 8 years to keep their nuclear and coal plants going. E. CONTAMINATED GREAT LAKES AND RIVER WATER... TOLEDO AND SEBRING CRISES Kasich was warned of Toledo's critical water situation by the Ohio EPA. He ignored the warning and Toledo residents went 3 days without water. Once again Toledo faces a critical water situation. Lake Erie islands and parts of the shore have been closed to swimming because of both ecoli and phosphate runoff. Rivers in Ohio as well, even more so those near factory farms, have toxins.

A. RAPE COUNSELING Kasich signed a bill that rape counselors lose funding if they list abortion as one of many options.

One controversial issue is abortion legislation. The majority of people favor the right to have a first trimester abortion while opposing third trimester abortions.. Women's rights groups are often on the opposite side of fundamentalist groups and half of Catholics. 2. Kasich operatives in the Public Utilities Commission just required the poor of Ohio to subsidize the criminal records of First Energy and AEP. First Energy is a 4 state utility headquartered in Ohio which has for years run a disastrously unsafe nuclear power plant called Davis Besse whose many problems have included a boric acid leak. In addition, the poor have been required to pay 8 billion dollars for First Energy's and AEP's obsolete coal plants which have created acid rain, air pollution, mountaintop mining, watershed poisoning.
Eight BILLION dollars in a utility bailout was recently voted by Kasich operatives to these two utilities.
3. Disabled Ohioans have filed a lawsuit against the Kasich administration which would rather institutionalize the disabled than provide community options.
