The CIA and Pentagon fight
about who will .. the wars control
but the wise know
all wars become uncontrolled.
Like a USDA or DOI
'controlled burn' a wind shifts
and a military match spark becomes
a conflagration.

Footnote: The CIA began its rogue war in Afghanistan long before
2001. It began with the CIA giving tens of billions of dollars to Muslims
of Afghanistan with which to fight Russians. Those same shoulder fired missiles bought by the CIA have been used by the Taliban to
kill Americans.
