On May 4, 1970, at Kent State
University in Ohio, 4 students
protesting the war in Vietnam
were shot to death by the Republican
led state National Guard. It was
the Nixon Kissinger administration
which was expanding the war of
invasion against the Vietnamese people
who had been promised by FDR that if
they fought against the Japanese in WW2
the US would honor their independence
against the French. When FDR died 6
subsequent presidents kept breaking that
promise.
