West Nile:

First contact with Western scientists was in 1935 in Uganda. Sloan-Kettering and Rockefeller University did studies on W. Nile Virus as possible TREATMENT for cancer (right!) in the late 1950s and developed in
in their labs, experimenting with it on unknowing patients. They LIE when
they say they knew nothing about it until 3 years ago.

Studies also done at Plumb Island (NY) Animal research lab, and at Army
secret biowarfare lab in Fort Detrick, MD (can you spell A-N-T-H-R-A-X?).
Fort Detrick is also home to the man who ordered and oversaw the spraying
in NY the first year, Jerome Hauer, of NY's Office of Emergency Management.
After a brief spell as one of the chiefs of security at the World Trade
Center at the time of the plane crashes, Hauer now is one of the top dogs
at Office of Homeland Security and has been pushing pesticide spraying for
WNV everywhere in the US as an "anti-terror" precaution, even in places
that have no outbreaks of West Nile. He introduced one Col Thomas Monath,
also of Ft. Detrick infectious disease biowarfare unit, to Pres.
Clinton and then Mayor Giuliani, as THE expert on WNV. Monath, it turns
out, was the VP at Oravax, the company developing West Nile vaccines since
1990 (!!!! -- never heard of it, eh?), which suddenly became available for
public testing in September of 1999 -- the same weekend, in fact, that the
WNV "outbreak" was announced. It was Monath who coached Mayor Giuliani on
the touted "epidemic" which was not, in actuality, an EPIDEMIC at all.
Prior to Sept. 1999, Monath's corporation was about to go under. The clamor
for a "vaccine" -- which he orchestrated -- was music to the bankrupt
Oravax company's ears (and its parent company in England) and kept it
alive. They've been given several government contracts since, experimenting
with the Yellow Fever dna "jacket" to genetically engineer a "vaccine" for
WNV.

This latest episode in NY has been DNA-traced to, most likely, a goose in
Israel. There have been other outbreaks in Romania, Southern Africa, and in
a few other areas, of a strain with slightly different DNA.

Why a "goose in Israel?" Turns out that France outsources its famed
Pate-de-fois-gras to Israel, where goose livers are "harvested" and mashed.
Hmmmm. That's where a potential connection to other diseases like CJD or
Mad Cow may be developed, although I think it will not work that way of
itself. In the presence of intense pesticide use and air pollution from
refineries, that's more of a possibility.
