The mathematics of masters is
that they need no mammon
no medium of money
to make and
manifest their multiplying
magnifying
miracles. Their
hearts summon manna.

 

For them 9 minus 9 is 9 trillion.
As they give all away, they
become heir to all. They add
the infinite zeros to 1 digit numbers.
Their flames ignite
other torches into light.

The gardening headline
said the wild violets
were a persistent weed

 

they scotch these

a heedless facility

trees despite all

   The tv transmission tower.
   .. not holding on to anything

Walking in the untouched
mountains of Hawaii..
there were green jewels
at our feet..

 

fallen from the trees
avocados ripe and free

 

Not too far away
a breadfruit.. 1000
diamonds on its skin..
each a different
shade of red, orange,
gold, saffron, ruby,
sunflower

 

There really is
Paradise

Cherry blossoms in bloom
.. 1 pink cloud
above many ebony trunks..

 

as there is 1 cloud of Spirit
hovering around all
individual human trees.

THE HEART OF THE ROSE

Busy bees chased
the bloom chaste
Though
they crawled on her
clothes
her petals unfolded
and those held close
still ever faithful
to the sun
is the everpure rose

 

Whether her hue
is violet or rose
Whether she grows
in freedom or rows
ever to God
in waves arose
the love perfume
from the heart of the rose.

He switched from raising
pigs for abbatoirs
to planting fruit trees for everyone
and each year
as the fruit trees
tithed all
he tithed
some
from the trees
for the birds and the bees

A bluehanded waterfall
.. with slender fingers
  allpouring

 

and on the other side
of the rock
a thumb of great power
.. churning in white

 

the hand of the waterfall
never closed in a fist
always giving all

Sweet coconut palm
with allgiving palms..
His leaves his psalms
His coconuts his alms
and his oil can be
turned into soap of balm.
In one palm gesture
he bequeaths....
the shell-dish
..the pulp meal
and the inner sun..

from his inner calm.

simple cell by the street.. and giving very great gifts
to all who passed by.. and thought angels were telling her that
bound by his body cell,  he had given his all to all.

is her enfired heart,
the Rose of Sharing

Lightning borrowed
Neptune's triforked
trident
and everywhere
cloud satin
rent
to thirsting
agony end
as crystal
rain dropped
mercy-sent.
Then with the new water orbs
the river with its gathered rain
triforked into a delta
while the sapling tree, given
new life, had branches triune.

Beachcombing sea
gives more than
she takes
as she secedes

THEY ASK NOTHING

The sun asks nothing
but the moon desires
to reflect the bounty
of his sunfire.

 

No return gift
asks the sea
but gradually hearts beat
in time to her peace.

 

The apple tree gives all
and in return nought.
But to plant her seeds
some feel they ought.

 

God's endless loving
pleads no requite.
Yet some give return love
with all their might.

There once was a grey cloud
who filled the sky.
Thirsty plants called to her
bounty on high.

 

She gave and she gave
in response to their call
Trees in her rains of great grace
grew green tall

 

So much she did give
she became faintly traced
So slight now her cloud
angel wings tiny laced

 

but a raintree for his
dried grasses cried
She gave of her last and
became nothing at all

 

Lo and behold the nothing was all
and this Cinderella now did come to each ball
with the sky itself ever blue cloak
with which to mantle each every and all

 

now the sun moon and stars
grace her tapestry
and on this turquoise
brocade
is the Milky Way laid
