PURPLE NIGHT DISTILLED
When purple night is still
into violet the vine distils
Then juice of grape fills
from crystalline rainspill

She flows along the paths
of life, scattering jewels
for all in her wake.

Oh Clara T
... a mind of perfect clarity..
heartfont of pouring charity..
.. as in the woods of Cherokee
grow allfruit giving cherry trees

HERON AND HERRING
Hari, can you not hear
the silent screams of the
herring when the heron is
near?

RAINBOWL
After God ordered
ocean to quaff the flooded world
He sent a ribboned rainbow
to say Never More
But when Neelakanta
drank venom of the globe
He sent polyribboned rainbowl:
a sky of liquid ore!

In your program about Abraham
A Vanderbilt professor of Old Testament and New Testament
writings continued a myth : that monotheism
began with Abraham. The monotheism of Hinduism has
been in existence for over 20,000 years.
As God is 1 but has many names
As God is 1 but has many attributes
as water is 1 but has many functions
as a lotus is 1 but has many petals
so Hinduism is monotheistic.. and worships God through many windows.
Before the Christian trinity, there was a Hindu trinity
of God as Brahma, creator (first 120 degrees of circle) God as
maintainer Vishnu (2nd 120 degrees) God as dissolver, Shiva..
