Work For Peace Is An Oxymoron

Folder:
Economy of Action

Is there

a frame for Infinity.

Never slakes the thirst

.. the bitter

saltwater near mother earth.

.. never satiated is the

belly of many tongued Fire

.. Never filled the soul

afflicted with unGodward desire.

Never at rest.. the

mercurial mind.

Only the heart immersed

in the waters of God

is at peace.

(to Yogananda, teacher

in a past life)

Author's Notes/Comments:

Yogananda, author of
Autobiography of a Yogi
was an upaguru (guru
along the way) who
led the writer to
her Sadguru (eternal
guru). For 11 years
his book sat unread
on her shelf because
she projected that the title
was egotistical.
When she opened its
pages she became
aware of the past
life connection.
When Yogananda died
his body in an unembalmed
state exuded a fragrance
of roses which was reported
in the major American
newsweekly of its time.
Sri Sathya Sai Baba
is the source of the
salt water parable.
