Richard Blum's Death
Richard Blum has died.
For many years he was a Regent of the University of California..
for several years he was the Chairman of the Regents board.
Under him, infliction of pain accelerated at the universities.
For example, UC Davis researchers literally kidnapped primates from India
during after a devastating tsunami.
May all be blessed by all beings. How much negative karma
from harming others has to be paid off is known only to higher beings.
