Death Qualified Juries
A violation of freedom of speech, thought, and of religion guaranteed in the
1st amendment to the Constitution are 'death qualified juries', meaning
those juries in which every single member supports the use of the death
penalty, thus eliminating the 60% of the citizenry which opposes the practice of government murder. Because of the 6 Republicans on the Supreme Court,
the US is with China, Saudi Arabia and 15 other mostly Muslim countries which execute. The US government preaches human rights but stands with
17 other execution countries against 177 nations which do not.
