Full Basement
I used, with a printer's permission, to get his clients' out of date and excess sales fliers
out of his dumpster, take them home and print
our public service spots and press releases on
the blank side, including the recycled paper explanation.
One day looking at all the
boxes of 1 sided paper
in my basement ..thinking
how crazy it was to save them
I asked my teacher for guidance,
not in meditation but by picking
a random book and opening it again
at random. The sentence on the page was
'Paper is sacred in Tibet.'
