WHY DID THE FOUNDER OF HARD ROCK CAFES DECIDE
TO STOP SELLING MEAT? AN UNUSUAL STORY
Isaac Tigrett, founder of the Hard Rock Cafes, was driving his Porsche in California
at 90 mph. Slightly inebriated he had fallen asleep at the wheel and awoke
to find his car careening in the air over a canyon. A man materialized in the air..
pulled him out of the car and held him as the car crashed below, set him on the
road and left. Later Tigrett swallowed his tongue while high on drugs.. and died.
The same man appeared, pulled his tongue out of his throat, slapped his soul back
into his body, an then left. One day in London Tigrett saw the man's face on a book
cover. It was Sathya Sai Baba whose ashram was in Puttaparthi India. Tigrett
immediately flew to India to thank Baba.
For 14 years he went to India without receiving an interview, the only Westerner
ever to
be ignored for so long. Meanwhile devotees of Baba advised him Baba did not
approve of selling meat. Tigrett had founded 40 Hard Rock Caves. He sold them
all, and was then given an interview. He donated a great amount of money for a
free hospital in Bangalore India which performs over 10,000 no cost heart
operations annually. Some American insurance companies give clients the
option of having their expenses paid to
travel to India. Baba has said medical care should
not be a profit generating business.
GREEN CARPET OF WEEDS
Is a green carpet of weeds
more beautiful than rows

Yes! Absolutely! I love my volunteer plants more than the ones I bought. Many of those weeds have medicinal properties as well. Love how you see the value in all living things.
