Time is the sole witness
To his life in perpetual mess
A creature of his own
Feeding on fears
And he rallies from it alone.
Desperately in search of
Pots of gold
Never once looked up
To remember the saying often told
What he sought could be found
At the rainbow’s mould
Over and again he let go
Of all that was good and true
Only to pawn his life
For those, who made
Him feel blue
So lament, he did day and night
On all he thought he was denied
Never realizing, he once had all
That could be gifted by a God’s might.

Nice to see a new poet waiting to scamper on unknown terrain
Nice to see a new poet waiting to scamper on unknown terrain. Indeed a post to ponder on. Many have dissected the topic of the unknown travail of the earthy traveller through Life's arduous journey. Nice to see someone bringing out her soldering iron soldering letters together trying to make nice presentations. My humblest best wishes are with you. Welcome to PostPoems. God bless you.Be Happy.Write till the ink lasts
