They told me, later, that my plane had not even arrived yet at my destination, San Antonio, Texas, before you had already begun an affair with one of your classmates.  Your sanctimonius declaration of our break-up, on October 30th, 1980---by telephone---was a cowardly and craven act of betrayal.  Yet, they also told me that when your lover's family met your family, they took such offense to your family's crude ways that they insisted the relationship be ended, and your lover complied.  What went around came around.
