By faith Abraham . . . sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country,
dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob . . . For he looked for a city which
hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

Christians, believing, we dwell in this strange country, in a tabernacle
so to speak; and many of this lost venue's problems strive to tackle
and divert us. But, in Faith, we never cease to look for that city,
built by God, on these foundations---compassion, courtesy and pity.
