Holy and Righteous Simeon, the
Promise that you shall see the Christ---
in your own flesh (as Holy and Righteous Job hoped)---
is fulfilled this day in the beauty of this Temple
constructed by the masons whom the Usurper deployed.
Fear of the past and terror of the future are
cast out in the Gift of this Child now presented.
Now Simeon, you can depart in peace rejoicing: to be
absent from your body and present with the Lord in
His stellar and constellated abode, that He has prepared to
share with those whom He loves.
