I almost kissed you last night

I feel like I am about to explode across the universe if I don't make our lips touch

I want to know how if feels to let those loving, caring hands run themselves along the entire of my naked,  exposed body

I can’t breathe sometimes when I look at you and I can’t keep avoiding your eyes when we are on stage together

I go home wishing you had came with me

I lay still hoping you will text something like ‘good job tonight”...giving me evidence you may feel the same

I listen to the music which makes me think of you  on repeat so I can write it out before it gets its way
