The Beauty Is The Beast

In the night I hear her call

As I run to bow and kiss her feet

So to my knees I fall

As the beauty takes her rightful seat

In the rightful throne so big and bold

Though vicious be her bite

My heart she cradles she hold

Her beauty blinding as it may

Keeps the sighting of the beast at bay

Though it long to burst

And grasp her prey

And drink in ravenous thirst

Silently it shall stay

Till the prey knell hooked

Wrapped in her cold embrace

The love and fear the beast can taste
