She's sitting at the window
Looking out, wishing she could run
But she knows they'll find her
And they'll cause her more pain
She wants to scream
But she knows better
She can't sleep, so she waits in silence
Waiting for them to wake up...
He doesn't want to hurt anymore
He hates the life he lives
He always wonders why him?
They hurt him and he has so much anger
It's a never-ending cycle
Doesn't anyone care?
Doesn't anyone know what's going on?
Behind these deadly walls...
Child abuse is a horrible thing
It should never happen, but it does
Everyday there is a child
That's abused or killed
Because there are parents out there
Who don't care and never will
Why they do what they do?
We will never really know
But it's something that must be stopped
I am against child abuse
I hope you are too
Don't let there be another victim...
