I have these

Tears 

Crying down my face

I feel my heart 

Has been ripped

Out of my heart

I feel the blood

Pouring out of

The gaping whole

As I look in the

Mirror

I see the blood coming 

From my tears

Streaking down

My face

Leaving

Behind a trail

Of blood

How can I 

Just go numb

Make the pain and

The blood

Stop?

Physically not harmed

Mentally broken

Shattered to pieces

Have to glue 

My self back together

I have to stop these 

Tears of

Blood
