If you asked me about the time we shared
I would tell you
How amazing those moments were
No matter how long we
Spent with each other
Those moments I shall cherish
Close to my heart
You were everything I could've asked for
Just was stupid enough not to tell you
Because I was scared
I didn't want to rush in
Just to end up like my past relationships
I wanted to get to know you
And you me
Before we went further
I told you things I never
Told any other person
I felt alive for a little while
I felt normal
I felt loved
Even when it was short lived
I can tell you I will
Treasure those moments
With you
Because that's all I have
Left
Because I was afraid
Of moving to fast with you
Now...
I wish I told you
But it's to late
But I know in my heart
I will always care about you
And worry about you
As well as reminisce
In our shared moments
